Use steps:
◆ Before using instant adhesive, the surface of the object should be properly cleaned, and the metal parts can be LETBOND®The cleaner cleans the surface of the workpiece, and the plastic parts can be cleaned with general alcohol.
◆ When using instant adhesive, the amount of glue can be applied properly. Do not apply too much, so as not to slow down the curing speed and reduce the strength. Automatic glue coating machine can be used.
The work should be applied after bonding pressure for about 10~30 seconds.

Screw Precoated Sealant 2200 Series
LETBOND®The screw pre-coated anti-loosening sealant is a special thread locking sealant, which is pre-coated on the thread surface and dried to form a layer of adhesive film with certain adhesion. When the assembly is screwed, the glue mold and microcapsules are crushed to release the initiator and glue solution, which promotes the polymerization of anaerobic glue monomer and fills the whole gap of the thread bite part. A thermosetting plastic with certain strength and toughness is formed, which can reliably lock and seal the thread engagement part, and the performance after curing is the same as that of liquid anaerobic adhesive. Since there is no on-site dripping, the problems of missing coating, less coating, flowing and affecting the production rhythm are avoided. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for mass production assembly line use.
